M Studio announces open call

M Studio is happy to announce an international OPEN CALL for participation in Management Fusion, which we are organizing within the frame of the dancEUA project co-financed by the Creative Europe.
MANAGEMENT FUSION is a series of programs which has its main goal in the development of an international network and know-how of cultural managers and dance management experts.
1.OFFLINE WORKSHOP between 24th November and 1st December 2025, in Sfantu Gheorghe, Romania, 2. 10 ONLINE MASTERCLASSES in the period of January - June 2026 and 3. A JOBSHADOWING (or practical session) online or offline for all participants of the workshop.
1. THE OFFLINE WORKSHOP will take place at M Studio’s headquarters, in Sfantu Gheorghe and it will give the participants the opportunity to get acquainted with the basics of cultural management theory and practice. The workshop establishes the joint knowledge base as well as those personal connections that will contribute to the creation of a sustainable network among participants and experts.
2. ONLINE MASTERCALSSES: 10 online masterclasses will take place during the period of January – June 2026. The online masterclasses will give the participants the opportunity to acquire complex professional and practical knowledge connected to cultural management, production of dance performances, funding-opportunities, touring, international relations and management-strategies.
3. ALL PARTICIPANTS of the WORKSHOP will have the opportunity to do a JOBSHADOWING – (online or offline)
The participants will have the chance to put into practice the theoretical framework and know-how acquired during the professional workshops through an online or offline practical jobshadowing with one of the partner organizations.

M Studio provides:
● Travelling costs for offline workshop
● accommodation for 7 nights
● 500 Euros fee

● CV containing information about educational background and professional experience;
● Short motivation letter about why do you want to take part in the program, how can Management Fusion facilitate your further development and professional possibilities.
Deadline of application: 15th August.
We will announce the results of the open call by 10th September.

Management Fusion is organized as a part of the dancEUA, a Creative Europe project (2024-2027) created by Studio Contemporary Dance Company - SSP (Croatia), Central Europe Dance Theatre - CEDT (Hungary), M Studio (Romania), Vitlycke - CPA (Sweden) and UA Contemporary Dance Platform (Ukraine) to empower Ukrainian contemporary dance through creativity, connection and resilience.
